Ifrik
Conflicts of interest
Version of 3 November 2026
A conflict of interest exists when the interest of Ifrik, its staff or a partner could run against yours. Ifrik identifies, prevents and discloses them.
Identified situations
- Ifrik's revenue from brokerage fees and the currency margin, which could encourage more trading.
- Relationships with exchange members and payment partners.
- Personal transactions by staff in the securities offered.
- Investors whose portfolios can be copied.
- Content and analysis published in the app.
Measures
- No staff pay is linked to order volume or to promoting a security.
- Ifrik provides no advice and promotes no security: rankings and analysis are computed automatically and identically for all securities.
- Intermediaries are chosen under the order execution policy, not for benefits they could offer Ifrik.
- Staff declare their accounts and follow personal trading rules, with a restricted list when they hold inside information.
- Segregation of duties between compliance, operations and sales.
- A conflicts register kept by the compliance officer and reviewed every year.
- Gifts and benefits from third parties beyond a token value are refused.
Disclosure
If a measure is not enough to remove a risk, we clearly inform you before any affected transaction, so you can decide with full knowledge.
